Om Records will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a free day party at Embarcadero Plaza on May 9, 2026, featuring Mark Farina, Colette b2b DJ Heather, Shiny Objects, and J Boogie.
The event is free with RSVP as part of the SF Free Concerts series, produced by Another Planet Entertainment in partnership with the San Francisco Recreation & Park Department, continuing the city’s push to bring live music back into public spaces.
The daytime lineup reflects Om Records’ deep roots in house and downtempo, centering artists who helped define the label’s sound while maintaining its connection to San Francisco’s dance music history. With over 800 releases since its founding in 1995, Om remains one of the longest-running and most influential dance music imprints in the United States.
The celebration continues that night with an official afterparty at The Great Northern, featuring Derrick Carter alongside Mark Farina, Colette b2b DJ Heather, Shiny Objects, J Boogie, Rithma, King Koobra, 40 Thieves, and Homero Espinoza. Tickets for the nighttime event are on sale now, extending the lineup into a full day-to-night program.

The event also supports the release of Om Records – 30 Years, a compilation highlighting the label’s legacy and ongoing influence. Recent singles tied to the project include releases from Samantha James and Late Night Alumni, Mark Farina and Dani Siciliano, Groove Armada, Colette, and Kaskade, reflecting the breadth of artists connected to the label’s history.
More than a retrospective, the Embarcadero Plaza event positions Om Records as an active force in San Francisco’s current live music revival, bringing its legacy into a public, city-centered setting.
