Rock icon Jack White has officially released his seventh solo studio album, Frozen Charlotte, via Third Man Records, marking another blistering chapter in one of modern rock’s most adventurous careers. Arriving alongside the ferocious closing track “Neighbors Blues,” the 13-song album showcases White’s signature blend of garage rock, blues, and raw guitar-driven energy while launching a massive 2026 world tour.
Produced and mixed by White himself, Frozen Charlotte follows the critical success of 2024’s No Name, reuniting him with longtime touring band members Patrick Keeler (drums), Dominic Davis (bass), and Bobby Emmett (keys). Fresh off the acclaimed No Name World Tour, the group headed directly into Third Man Studio in Nashville, capturing the chemistry and momentum that define the new record.
The album arrives after White previewed the project with the politically charged single “Dollar Bill,” followed by the surprise release of “G.O.D. And The Broken Ribs” and “Derecho Demonico,” both of which received electrifying live debuts during White’s sixth appearance as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live. Now, Frozen Charlotte closes with the newly released “Neighbors Blues,” delivering one final explosive statement to cap an album filled with thunderous riffs, blues-infused songwriting, and fearless experimentation.
Critics have embraced the record as one of White’s strongest solo efforts. Pitchfork praised the album’s “admirably crazed night-terror boogie,” while NPR called White’s playing “raunchy in the best way” and described the record as “complete badassery.” Uncut, Mojo, Stereogum, and Consequence also applauded the album’s relentless energy, guitar work, and revitalized approach to rock music.
Physically, Frozen Charlotte is available in multiple collectible editions, including standard black vinyl, CD, cassette, a “Zug Island Blue” Third Man Records exclusive, an “Ice Blue” independent record store variant, and a “Chrome” vinyl edition available exclusively on tour.
Supporting the release, White’s extensive 2026 world tour begins July 10 with a sold-out performance at The Anthem in Washington, D.C. The North American run includes multiple sold-out nights in Brooklyn, Chicago, Charlotte, Los Angeles, and Miami Beach, along with headline appearances at Borderland Festival and Iron Blossom Music Festival before wrapping in Atlanta this November.
The tour then expands internationally with performances across South Korea, China, Kazakhstan, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and additional headline festival appearances throughout Europe. Stops include two nights at London’s Eventim Apollo and sold-out performances at Dublin’s 3Olympia.

With Frozen Charlotte, White once again demonstrates why he remains one of rock music’s most inventive and uncompromising artists. Across thirteen tracks, the album balances heavy blues influences, explosive guitar work, and restless creativity while continuing the momentum established by No Name. More than two decades after redefining garage rock with The White Stripes, Jack White continues to push the genre forward on his own terms.
