Aftershock 2026 is officially locked in, and the West Coast’s largest rock, punk, and metal festival is returning to Discovery Park October 1–4, 2026 with its biggest lineup to date.
Headlining this year’s Aftershock Festival are My Chemical Romance, TOOL, Limp Bizkit, Pierce the Veil, $uicideboy$, Queens of the Stone Age, The Offspring, A Day To Remember, and Wu-Tang Clan, leading a stacked bill of more than 140 artists across four days.
The 2026 lineup also features heavy-hitters and cult favorites including Sublime, Public Enemy, Cypress Hill, Coheed and Cambria, Black Label Society, Body Count, AFI, Danny Elfman, Suicidal Tendencies, and Dethklok, among dozens more spanning metalcore, punk revival, hardcore, industrial, and hip-hop.

Founded in 2012 and produced by Danny Wimmer Presents, Aftershock has grown into Northern California’s flagship heavy music gathering, drawing fans from across the U.S. to Sacramento’s riverfront park setting. Discovery Park offers multiple stages, large-scale production, and immersive fan experiences that consistently position Aftershock among the most anticipated hard rock festivals in North America.
Passes for Aftershock 2026 are available now, with 4-Day and Single-Day options on sale alongside hotel packages and camping upgrades. Organizers are offering payment plans starting at $1 down, making early access more attainable as demand continues to surge. Historically, higher-tier passes and select days sell out well in advance.
With more than 140 artists and four days of nonstop programming, Aftershock 2026 is shaping up to be its most expansive year yet. Sacramento will once again become the epicenter of rock and metal this October.
