Nineteen-year-old London rapper Feng is celebrating the release of his debut album Weekend Rockstar with a hometown show at Islington Assembly Hall on March 6th. General on-sale launches February 27th at 10am GMT. The show is being billed as his biggest yet, a fitting landmark for an artist whose profile has risen sharply over the past year.
Weekend Rockstar is out now via Feng’s homegrown creative collective and label Regularisperfect. The 13-track debut was entirely written, recorded, and mixed by Feng, with co-production from Bilal Hamdi across most of the project. It channels the joyous messiness of being young, holding together themes of love, ambition, and the disorienting experience of sudden stardom with a mellow delivery and consistent optimism that sets him apart from his peers. A colorful series of claymation visualizers created by Regularisperfect affiliate Mino accompanies the album.

Equally rooted in the UK underground scene he came up in and alternative pop influences that have reshaped radio globally, Weekend Rockstar documents a teenage life in flux. Singles like “J*b” and “Cali Crazy” capture the transition from weekday nine-to-five monotony to neon-streaked weekends, while album highlight “Teenage Famous” finds Feng openly weighing the pros and cons of life in the spotlight without losing the laidback openness that has won him fans quickly. A Stan Smith-directed video for “Firework” is also out now.
Feng entered 2026 leading a prominent industry publication’s Artists to Watch list while landing on similar roundups from Complex, Pigeons and Planes, and Ones to Watch. He makes his U.S. festival debut at Rolling Loud Orlando on May 9th.
Tickets for the March 6th London show are on sale now.
