Rico Nasty has released a new single, “RITUALS,” produced by longtime collaborator Kenneth Blume.
Built around punchy production and Rico’s trademark confidence, the track finds the Maryland artist returning to the sharp-edged rap delivery that first earned her a devoted following. According to Rico, fan demand played a direct role in the song’s creation.
“What inspired me to work with Kenny again was hearing the discourse,” she said. “A lot of fans miss my rapping so I wanted them to know I never forgot. I just want people to listen, and I hope it reminds them why I’m their favorite rapper.”
“RITUALS” reunites Rico and Blume following years of successful collaborations, including the Anger Management mixtape and the breakout anthem “SMACK A BITCH.” More recently, the pair teamed up on “PEPPER,” which appeared on the deluxe edition of Rico’s acclaimed album LETHAL.
Released in 2025, LETHAL showcased a broader range of influences while maintaining the female rage, heavy guitars, and genre-bending energy that have become Rico Nasty trademarks. Executive produced by Imad Royal, the project earned praise for balancing aggression with vulnerability, highlighting Rico’s growth as both an artist and a person.
The new single arrives as Rico continues expanding her profile beyond music. In addition to her recording career, she recently made her acting debut in Apple TV+ and A24’s Margo’s Got Money Troubles alongside Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicole Kidman, Nick Offerman, and Lindsey Normington.

Fans will have multiple opportunities to catch Rico live throughout 2026, including appearances at CHAPSTICK in Los Angeles, Chreece Festival in Indianapolis, All Things Go in Washington, D.C., and a major run of dates supporting Hayley Williams across North America.
